Optional services
The following services are paid for separately, and are optional.
- Gardening - watering of plants, pruning etc.
- Cleaning - house and garden, laundry service.
- Jacuzzi - maintenance, cleaning, chemicals.
- Communications - phone, internet, satellite TV.
- Individual Security - Each property may be fitted with a burglar alarm wired to a local security company.
- Rental - management company will market the estate as a top class resort.
- Bill payments - for electricity, water, tax.
- Repairs - general maintenance and repairs to owner's buildings.
- Other - more services will be made available on demand.
For houses rented out by the management company, these services are automatically paid for out of rental profits.
