Seagarden Villas is in a villa zone. This restricts the height of the buildings. The buildings in the neighbouring resorts are the same height as the buildings in Seagarden Villas. It is not possible for anyone to construct a new building higher than the villas in Seagarden Villas on a neighbouring plot of land.

Seagarden Villas is on the highest part of a slope. This gives a panoramic 360° over the roofs of all the neighbouring buildings. This view will never be blocked by any new construction, because Seagarden Villas is on the highest ground. The view can be seen in the panorama photo.

The Villa Duo houses (buildings 8 to 17) are on higher ground than the Villa Una houses (buildings 1 to 7). All the villas have a sea view.  







There is a new law which restricts building near the sea for new developments.
