Property specifications
The houses and apartments in Mekoa Seagarden Resort are finished using higher "commercial" grade materials, commonly used in hotels, public buildings and shops.This is important to investors renting out their property, as they do not want it to look tatty after a couple of years.
Flat roofs cause problems if not properly constructed. Mekoa uses the same techniques as for large commercial buildings, to ensure problem free utilisation for the lifetime of the building.
