Burgas region
Mekoa has its offices, show house and apartments in Primorsko town. Seagarden Resort is located south of Burgas, between Lozenets and Tsarevo. The region is known for its beautiful beaches, and is a popular tourist destination for Bulgarians and foreigners. Mekoa chose the location for Seagarden Resort, a luxury seaside development of apartments, villas and houses, for its investment potential. It is situated just 1800m south of Lozenets (also spelt Lozenetz), and 3.5 km north of Tsarevo (also spelt Tzarevo). It is about 50 minutes drive from Burgas Airport (also spelt Bourgas). As with the rest of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, there is a lot of investment in property, and new construction in Primorkso, Lozenets and Tsarevo. However the scale is much smaller than in Sozopol and the highly developed areas north of Burgas city (such as Sunny Beach and Nessebar). The apartment buildings and hotels are smaller than in Sunny beach, and although busy in the summer, these coastal towns are less crowded.Located in a villa zone, the houses and apartments in Mekoa Seagarden Resort are just two minutes walk from the sea. There is a good selection of small and large beaches, suiting every taste.
Getting to Lozenets
If you come from Burgas, take the coastal road south, signposted Sozopol and Tsarevo. When you reach Sozopol, continue on the main road past the Duni resort. Continue on the costal road through the Ropotamo Reserve, past Primorsko, Kiten and Lozenets. If you reach Tsarevo, you've gone too far!After you pass the Lozenets turnoff, continue for 1.8km. Take the left turn onto the gravel road. Then turn right at the T junction. Take the first left, another gravel road. You have then reached Mekoa Seagarden Resort!
