There are two house types: Villa Duo and Villa Una. Each house can be configured as either one villa, or as two apartments. Each floor of the house can be used as an apartment, and each apartment has a separate front door.

Villa Duo

May be configured as one house or two apartments.

Apartment Duo 'b'

Two floors - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room / kitchen, balcony.
Roof garden - with jacuzzi*, excellent sea view, ideal for sunbathing and barbeques.

Apartment Duo 'a'

Ground floor - one bedroom, one bathrooms, living room / kitchen.
Private garden - isolated from neighbours, ideal for sunbathing and barbeques.

Villa Una

May be configured as one house or two apartments.

Apartment Una 'b'

Two floors - three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms / kitchen, balcony.
Roof garden - with jacuzzi*, excellent sea view, ideal for sunbathing and barbeques.

Apartment Una 'a'

Ground floor - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room / kitchen.
