How to buy a property in Mekoa Seagarden ResortYou can buy directly from Mekoa, or from an estate agent.Mekoa offers free accommodation in the Mekoa hotel, and airport pick-up from Burgas, for customers that have paid the reservation fee. Mekoa will also provide information and assistance for visas and flights (if requested). To buy a property, please follow these steps: 1. Decide whether you would like a Una or Duo, apartment or villa: - properties. 2. Choose which building on the estate you would like, and check availability: - position of houses. 3. Note that the prices do not include the transaction costs (sales commission, lawyer, notary fees, taxes): - transaction costs. 4. Use the contact form below to tell us which property you are interested in, and if you'd like us to contact you by telephone. 5. We will then send you information how to pay the reservation fee of 1,000 Euro. The reservation is valid for one month. This payment is not refundable, it is deducted from the final payment. 6.
