How do I know the decoration will be to my taste?
When the Show-house is complete, you will see an example of the style and quality. You can then choose the colours / patterns and style for your property.
I like the fake royal palace / Disneyland style finishing.
We can’t help you there, though there is plenty of choice in other developments. With names like "Royal Palace Villas" and "Golden Paradise Dreams", the style of the architecture and decoration is matched by the extravagant use of colour and patterned wallpaper, often bordering on the outrageous.
What about the quality of the furniture / electrical goods package?
The Show-house will contain a standard configuration. This will represent the best value for money, due to bulk buying. However this package is optional, and purchasers will be able to choose alternatives.
Why are the utilities connected at the end?
At first, there will be a temporary electrical and water supply connections, as required for construction (borrowed from the neighbours). The permanent connections will be made by the utility companies, this may be done during construction, or when construction is finished. However it is unknown exactly when the final connections will be made, hence this may be the last stage, if not sooner.
